Natasha & Liam’s Greek Orthodox Wedding at Panagia Kamariani & Dromana Estate

We had such a fun day with Natasha and Liam for their wedding at Dromana Estate on the Mornington Peninsula.

The day started with both Natasha and Liam getting ready at their respective family homes before heading to the Panagia Kamariani Greek Orthodox Church in Red Hill for the ceremony. There’s always something special about a Greek Orthodox wedding - the singing, the incense and the atmosphere make for some great moments to photograph.

After the ceremony, everyone headed over to Dromana Estate for canapés, drinks and photos with the bridal party. It was a beautiful summer day, so we took the opportunity to wander around the property with Natasha and Liam for some relaxed portraits before rejoining everyone on the winery deck.

Then it was time to get the party started! As is tradition, the reception kicked off with plenty of Greek dancing, and the dance floor quickly became the place to be. There was no shortage of energy, laughter and some impressive moves throughout the afternoon and evening.

We always love photographing weddings at Dromana Estate. The winery provides a great backdrop for relaxed wedding photography, and once the sun goes down, the fairy lights across the roof add another dimension to the atmosphere. From getting ready at home, to the church, vineyard, dancing and everything in between, Natasha and Liam’s wedding was a great mix of family, tradition and a seriously good party. A brilliant day from start to finish! Shannon.
