I absolutely loved being a part of Kate and Toby's gorgeous wedding at Merricks General Store.  I began the day with a rush of deja vu as I walked down the drive to visit the boys - quickly realising that I had been to this very house a few years prior to photograph Toby's brother preparing for his wedding.  As usual this bunch of lads were very relaxed and a lot of fun.

Now the girls were certainly running at a different tempo than the boys, with champagne, beats and dance moves all par for the course - along with a few happy tears as Kate stepped out in her stunning Karen Willis Holmes gown. I have to say these ladies surely found one of the most beautiful properties on the Peninsula to start the day.  The view across the vineyard to the bay was simply stunning!Before all too long we were off to Merricks General Store to watch these two get hitched. With a dream team of suppliers including, poppy culture, love struck agency, Runway Room Sorrento and celebrant Ebony Carver to lead us throughout the nuptials it was such a fun day with a super star group of guests.Now, not many weddings do not go along according to plan all day- today's hurdle was an insane amount of wind, a 30 knot gale straight off the ocean.  However, we decided to go ahead with the beach photography location (as it seemed fun) and surprisingly it was a bunch of fun!   Having the right people around you really does make all the difference and these legends were a wonderful group of people to spend the day with.Having captured a few pictures and after wander around the woods we arrived back at Merricks General Store for these stars to get the party started.Thanks you so much for an amazing day Kate and Toby!
